Hello, We have tried to make the vacuum cleaner wash our flors two times, but both times we have ended up with black marks on our floor, and we are definitely not satisfied. Please take a look at the pictures, these black stripes are every where on our new floor, and we have to go on our knees and scrub the floor clean afterwards, to get rid of the black stripes.  What are we supposed to do, when we are unsatisfied with the product? Currently, the robot will perform edge scanning and mapping each time. You can check the current map anytime in the app. The system will automatically remap the next time you use it, so the robot can immediately recognize its surroundings after the environment changes. If you want more flexible cleaning, you can also switch to random mode, allowing the robot to freely cover the room. We recommend letting the robot complete a mapping once after changing rooms before turning on random mode, as this will improve cleaning results.
